CSVNO – To promote a healthy lifestyle and strengthen camaraderie among employees, the Chu Se Kampong Thom Rubber Company’s Trade Union and Youth Union hosted a successful tennis tournament on August 25th.
The organizing committee presented awards to the athletes.
The tournament, which drew 20 athletes divided into 3 groups, was filled with excitement and passion. The matches showcased the athletes’ sportsmanship, solidarity, and dedication. The audience was treated to intense rallies, powerful strokes, and amazing saves. At the end of the tournament, Nguyen Tien Dung and Dong Van Thanh Trung took home the first prize, followed by Tran Van Toan and Nguyen Thi Loan in second place and Bach Dinh Bao and Truong Thi Hoang Anh in third. Additionally, 6 pairs of athletes were recognized for their fair play.

The tournament aims to provide a healthy platform for employees to interact, learn from each other, and foster a stronger sense of unity. It also promotes physical exercise to improve employees’ health and productivity, thereby contributing to the company’s overall success. Through this tournament, the company can identify talented athletes to represent the company in higher-level competitions.
This practical activity is a way to mark the 79th National Day(2/9/1945 – 2/9/2024) and the 95th anniversary of the Vietnamese rubber industry (28/10/1929 – 28/10/2024).

The primary purpose of the “Trade Union Meal” is to foster a sense of unity and camaraderie among employees, strengthen their trust in the Trade Union and the company, and enhance the company’s welfare programs for its workforce.
The company’s trade union organized a “Trade Union Meal” with a menu of tasty, high-quality, and safe food options.
Launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, this program aims to enhance the quality of workers’ meals in line with Conclusion No. 03/KL-BCH dated January 18, 2022. By providing a higher-cost meal with trade union support, the program ensures food safety and hygiene while minimizing disruptions to business operations. The program is tailored to the specific needs of various industries, regions, and enterprises, with a particular focus on those with large workforces or facing challenging circumstances.
