Chư Sê Kampong Thom Rubber Company hosted a community engagement event in Cambodia on October 19th, bringing together over 250 local residents at Santevanaram Pagoda.
Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng – Party Secretary and General Director of Chư Sê Kampong Thom Rubber Company delivered a speech at the meeting.
Among the attendees were Ms. Man Ashisa, Oxfam Cambodia Coordinator, who praised the company’s commitment to community engagement. She expressed her hope that the company would continue its efforts to connect with local communities in the years to come.

During this community engagement, the company announced that local residents can freely use the company’s internal roads for transportation without any fees. Additionally, Santevanaram Pagoda, built primarily with contributions from the company, its employees, and local residents, serves as a religious and community center for everyone.

The company has established a health station offering free primary healthcare services to both employees and local residents. Moreover, the company has built a school to support the education of children from both employee and local families.
The company has informed local residents about the security measures in place at the project’s two entrances, assuring them that these measures will not disrupt their daily routines. The company is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment both within and around the project.
