CSVNO – On October 21, Chư Sê Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to announce its personnel decision. Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng was appointed as the company’s new General Director, succeeding Mr. Nguyễn Duy Linh, who retired according to standard policy. Mr. Đồng Văn Tấn Đạt, Deputy Director of Bean Heack Rubber Co., Ltd., was assigned to oversee company operations.
Mr. Huynh Van Bao, Member of the VRG Board of Directors (right), and Mr. Pham Duy Muon, CEO of Chu Se Rubber and Chairman of Chu Se Kampong Thom Rubber, presented the appointment decision for the new CEO to Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung.
In his speech upon assuming the new position, Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng expressed his gratitude for the trust and confidence placed in him by the leadership of VRG and Chư Sê Rubber One Member Limited Company. He pledged to work diligently alongside the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and the entire staff to fulfill the tasks assigned by the Group.
Mr. Truong Minh Trung, Deputy CEO of VRG (right), and Mr. Pham Duy Muon, CEO of Chu Se Rubber and Chairman of the Board of Chu Se Kampong Thom Rubber, have handed over the decision for Mr. Dong Van Tuan Dat to oversee operations at Bean Heack Rubber.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Duy Linh shared, “Throughout my career journey spanning 43 years, 8 months, and 20 days in the rubber industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with and be deeply connected to Chư Sê Rubber Co., Ltd. for 25 years. It has been a long journey, but it has become part of my heart and soul.”
Mr. Nguyen Duy Linh officially retired under the standard regime as of November 1, 2023.
“I had the opportunity to work at Chư Sê Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company in the Kingdom of Cambodia from its very first days, and it has now been nearly 15 years. This has been a precious time, allowing me to immerse myself in a working environment in a different country. I would like to extend my gratitude to the leadership at VRG, Chư Sê Rubber, the VRG representative office in Cambodia, and the local authorities for their continued support and encouragement throughout my career journey. That support and kindness have been an invaluable source of motivation for me,” stated Mr. Nguyễn Duy Linh.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Trần Công Kha – Chairman of the Board of Directors of VRG, expressed his confidence that with the outstanding achievements of Chư Sê Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company over the past 15 years, Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng will continue to inherit and develop the company towards stable and sustainable growth.
Mr. Trần Công Kha, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VRG, delivered a speech at the ceremony.
