CSVNO –The information was disclosed at the recent emulation movement conference for Competition Block No. 8, held at Chu Se Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company.
The leaders of the 8 units in Competition Block No. 8 entered into a 2025 emulation agreement.
Competition Block No. 8 is comprised of: Chu Se – Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company (CRCK2), Tay Ninh Siem Reap Rubber Development Company, Tan Bien Kampong Thom Rubber Development Company Limited, Ba Ria Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company, Phuoc Hoa Kampong Thom Rubber Development Company, Bean Heack Rubber Investment Company Limited, CRCK Rubber Development Company, and Mekong Rubber Development Company Limited.
The 8 units are currently managing a total of 52,912 hectares of rubber, including 52,013 hectares of harvesting areas, 898 hectares under basic construction, and employing a workforce of 10,817 people.
By the end of 2024, Competition Block No. 8 is expected to achieve an output of 89,399 tons of dry rubber, exceeding the planned yield of 1.72 tons/hectare. Revenue is projected to surpass the target by 15% at over 3,659 billion VND, while pre-tax profit is estimated to be 76% higher than planned at over 991 billion VND. The average income per person per month is expected to exceed 9 million VND.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, head of Competition Block No. 8 and General Director of Chu Se – Kampong Thom Rubber, spoke at the conference.
In addition to production and business operations, the units in Competition Block No. 8 have strictly adhered to Cambodian government regulations in 2024, providing social insurance, health insurance, labor accident insurance, and other benefits to their employees.
In addition to their core business, the units have been actively involved in a wide range of social activities, including housing construction for workers, building schools, hospitals, and pagodas, and organizing cultural and sports events to enhance the quality of life for their employees.

In close collaboration with the professional teams, the trade unions have effectively carried out their duties. By mobilizing union members and workers to participate in various emulation movements, the unions have contributed significantly to achieving production targets and improving the well-being of workers.

At the conference, after a thorough evaluation of each unit’s performance, it was unanimously agreed to award the emulation flag of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to Tan Bien Kampong Thom Rubber Development Company Limited and Ba Ria Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company, while Phuoc Hoa Kampong Thom Rubber Development Company and Tay Ninh Siem Reap Rubber Development Company were recognized with the VRG emulation flag.
At the conference, new leadership positions were filled for the block. Tay Ninh Siem Reap Rubber Development Company was appointed as the block leader, and Ba Ria Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company was appointed as the deputy block leader for the coming year.
