During Workers’ Month, Chu Se – Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company organized a series of activities. These included a comprehensive training program on occupational safety and health and fire prevention, as well as a gift-giving ceremony for the children of employees, with 300 gifts worth 35 million VND being distributed.

The training session, which lasted two days, brought together 154 employees, including company management and staff. Experts from the Rubber Industry College delivered in-depth training on occupational safety and health (OSH) practices applicable to office areas, plantations, and processing plants, as well as fire prevention and firefighting.

Participants will learn about common hazards that can lead to accidents in the workplace, as well as effective prevention measures. Additionally, the training will provide hands-on experience with fire-fighting equipment and emergency response procedures.
